Karen is an active registered massage therapist that has achieved a Doctoral
degree in Metaphysical Psychology. Karen is a registered AMDA & NHPC
member as well as certified Holistic Life Coach, Natural Health Practitioner, and
Reiki II therapist with a background in Chakra Therapy, Pranic Healing, Energy
Work and Meditation.
After several years of intense study in various avenues of holistic mental/physical/spiritual wellness, Karen opened up Paradise of Reality in 2007 and began teaching women's wellness workshops.
With over 10 years history training horses, teaching horseback riding lessons, and developing equine related programs and schools; Karen has ventured off into her more recent passions to further her Taoist, Tantric, and Shamanic studies.
With more than a decade of interest and curiosity towards understanding "happiness" itself; Karen is extremely passionate to share the many perspectives and tools she practices with anyone interested in strengthening their love for life.
