An introduction course to 5 different types
of mentally
receptive meditative practices.


The Yin Meditation Class is designed around
meditations that focus on being in a receptive state.

Awaken consciousness by drawing your attention within and learn different meditative practices that quiet the mind, bold the senses, and reconnect one with their innermost universe.

During the meditation classes you will learn:
- the basics of how to quiet and control the chatter of your mind
- how to deliberately move into a relaxed and receptive state
- subtle exercises and pranayamas (breath work) to increase your level of consciousness
- practices that help you let go, release stresses and move into a state of trust and allowance
- various forms of yin and taoist meditations
- mystical meditation to reconnect you with your "spiritual self" (inner self)

YIN Meditation Classes are Co-ed

Each meditation package consists of 6 classes, one class a week for 6 consecutive weeks (unless otherwise noted). All classes are approximately one hour in length.
