What is the Ego?
the ego refers to the disruptive voice in the human mind that most people consider to be their
mind dialog. The distracting and controlling voice of Ego has been conditioned by society. By adulthood
the ego is full of opinions, judgments, insecurities, fear, limitations, confusion, over-analytical observations, anxiety,
worry, pride, shame, concern, apprehension, distrust, jealousy, envy, temptation, etc. These are all feelings and emotions stimulated
from the ego.
Any thought or feeling that
you have which in any way suggests that you are not happy right now is a thought or feeling of your ego. Basically any thought that interferes with happiness right now is the voice of your ego.
This workshop is designed
to help women discover their ego, and from this discovery have the tools necessary to take control of your mind and enhance
the quality of your life. Basically exchanging negative thought-process with positive thought-process.
The Ego Identification
workshop is a fun, dynamic workshop where you can experience new dimensions of reality and an altered state
