that is interested in learning about the Chakra System (energy body) and energy work.

WHAT IS A CHAKRA?
Our entire beings
are made up of a physical body and an energy body (auric body). Just as the physical body contains organs, the energy
body contains chakras. Chakras are energy centers located throughout the energy body, each pertaining to a specific
area of our body with a significant role in our overall physical/mental/emotional/spiritual wellness.

Our overall wellness depends on how well our energy flows through our chakra system. In our society
most people have energy blockages throughout their Chakra system which often leads to physical issues and ailments.
The energy body is always affected before the physical body will ever show any symptoms of unbalance (ex: colds, lack
of energy, sexual malfunctions, digestive issues, and so on).
