Welcome to Paradise of Reality! My name is Karen and I have been in the wellness field for over 20 years, with a deep passion to better understand our internal worlds and the how the multiverse inside of each of us physically manifests in our body. I absolutely love meeting clients that are also curious about the diverse origins of their pain and discomforts and are interested in an expansive, whole-being approach to their healing. ​ I love to organically weave many different approaches and modalities into sessions, navigating through communication and the wisdom of each unique body. I believe that the perfect pressure for each session is key in achieving the optimal response within the body, mind and energy world.   ​ Aside from treatment-related communications, I encourage clients to retreat inwards, breathe and take their time to fully receive their experience, however often times clients prefer to talk - which can also be a wonderful opportunity to verbally release while the body simultaneously physically releases. My presence is committed to listening, to everything being said and unsaid.  ​ I feel incredibly blessed to be in this profession, at our beautiful centre ,with our amazing clients and friends.
