Finding Peace Within ...

My name is Larissa and I have been on a journey myself. A journey of self discovery, of honoring my emotions, of finding peace, joy and harmony within.

​

For many years I struggled with depression, sadness, lack of purpose.  I didn't know who I was, what I wanted and I also didn't know how to get out of the space I was in.  After the loss of someone very dear to me and my family, I knew things had to change, that I couldn't continue in the direction I was heading. And that is when I found support through Energy Healing...

I found the courage to step out of my comfort zone, away from modern medicine and therapies, and tried something foreign to me -- I decided to try Reiki.  That decision changed my life ... Reiki, along with the other energy healing modalities I offer,  impacted the trajectory of my life path.  By gently shifting the energy within myself, these energy healing specialties have transformed my perspective, supported me through heavy emotions, restored my balance, and have guided me back into alignment with my true self.

At times the burdens we carry can feel overwhelming.  Together we bring movement and flow to the emotions weighing on you through the power of energy healing.  Through our sessions , we work together so that you may rediscover peace within.  Restoring joy and harmony in your life.
