Yoga has been part of Lauren’s life for more than 3 years. She focuses on mindful movement, and is passionate about living simply, which feeds into her classes. She frequently adds elements of mediation or breathwork to her classes. She specializes in vinyasa flow classes, but is broadening her education to include yin & yoga nidra classes in the near future, so keep your eyes open for those offerings!
In her spare time, Lauren loves to be outdoors, practice meditation, and travel the world. She lives in a tiny home & tends to a flourishing garden in the summer months.
